Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: Fixed-Term

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Dataflow Transformation project, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to maintain momentum and delivery focus.

• Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control.

• Drive stakeholder engagement, including communication with senior executives and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.

• Manage project closure and transition to business-as-usual, including lessons learned reviews and benefits tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in leading and managing complex change/transformation projects.

• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes in cross-border or multinational environments.

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of project methodologies and governance processes.

• Insurance sector experience highly desirable.
